About the Unified League

The first edition of the Unified League took place in 2014.  The concept included cooperation from several Tulsa-Metro area "rural" clubs.  The 2024 edition follows the historic model: COLLABORATE & INTEGRATE.
The league was a collaborative effort between club leaders.  The execution involved integrating CLUBS' HOME SCHEDULING with minimal travel, to deliver games to desired ages with a variety of opponents and limited travel.

MISSION

Help clubs deliver games on behalf of the athletes they serve.

VISION

No Paid Staff. No Fees for participating hosting clubs.  Club's cover their own operating cost.
Free to teams & clubs to participate.
Guest teams pay entry fee (approx $150 - $250 per team/season)
Hosting Clubs must meet league standards.
League admin staff work as volunteers to drive scheduling & coordinating.
Small Sided Age Groups:  U5-U12, 4v4, 7v7, 9v9 ** 2024 is focused solely on 4v4 & 7v7

The 75:25 HOME MODEL CONCEPT

By sharing teams, and competition, clubs can deliver approximately 75% of their team's games internally at their HOME FACILITY.  This leaves approximately 25% of the games to be played at a designated AWAY FACILITY. This concept requires clubs to have at least 3 teams per age division.   Guest teams will play at one of the Host Club's Facilities.
COLLABORATIVE RULES & OPERATIONS

With SAFETY as the first priority, the operations and rules of various clubs requires compromise regarding things such as length of games, goalbox rules, build out lines, offside, and more.  This is accomplished by collaborative communication.
YOUR CLUB, YOUR METHODS, NO FEE

The league will not dictate to your club how to form teams, administrate your registration, or otherwise.  All participating clubs must be compliant with basic RISK MANAGEMENT standards.  The league is FREE to Host Club's Teams.  Club's determine their own costs to their own teams.  No fees are collected by the league (exception for "guest teams", teams participating from a non-host club).
