BUILD OUT LINES - where teams retreat for any goalkick (4v4 or 7v7) or goalkeeper restart (7v7)

Throw-Ins on Restarts: Encourage Referees to provide 2 opportunities & to allow flexibility to the letter of the rule
Goalbox Rule: There is a goalbox. There is no enforceable rule for the goalbox. Coaches are encouraged to not use a "goal tender".
Build Out Line: The build out line is the halflline, the "retreat to" line for the defending team during goalkicks
Offside: There is no offside

Throw-Ins on Restarts: Illegal throw-ins can become turnovers to the opponent.
Goalkeeper No Punting: Goalkeepers must roll, throw, or kick the ball back into play.
Build Out Line: The build out line is the "retreat to" line for the defending team during goalkicks or goalkeeper's possession.
Offside: Offside will be enforced using the Build Out Line as the beginning of Offside evaluation (instead of the halfline).
