The Unified League embraces this universal value - RESPECT of ALL PEOPLE.
We operate on the pretense that ALL PEOPLE deserve RESPECT.
Coaches & Parents will respect game officials by engaging in encouraging action & words during game play.
Coaches will pay referees PRIOR TO kick-off (before being asked for payment).
Athletes will THANK referees at the conclusion of the match, following the example of the Coach.
Likewise referees will respect athletes & the game by being on time, focused, helpful, and give their best effort.

THE YOUTH BADGE
The GO AHEAD and SAY NOTHING SIGNAL
All referees wearing a GREEN referee badge are "youth" referees, under 18 years old. There will be no tolerance for any coach, spectator, or parent speaking to, or reacting to youth referee decisions in-game, or post-game. Coaches are responsible to communicate this message and ensure it is abided to by parents of their team.
